It’s a new lifestyle and one I’m all here for ✨

For years meditation, tapping, music, breathing never worked for me. In fact at times it made me feel worse and frustrated.

My nervous system was that unregulated that those techniques didn’t work.

In all honestly it’s taken 4-5 months to undo this, to realise this and to feel a shift. It’s still a work in progress and something I have to keep working on.

The unpacking, the un-wiring the re-connection has taken time.

There has been a lack of presence on here but I’ve been deeply working on me, re-discovery me. Perhaps a it’s actually more presence then ever before.

I’ve met a new version of myself ✨

Now when I meditate I cry or feel content and even sometimes at peace.

Now when I walk along a beach I think about nothing, rather watch my toddler filled with joy playing with my husband.

Some days I slip and can feel anxiety and overthinking creeping back in but you know the best thing, right now I’m the master of my own mind and I can shift that more then ever before. It’s like a super power I never had 💥

People use to stay to me give it time, take a break, surrender, trust the process or let go a little. This too would make me feel worse and even angry. So many things rushed, on a timeline or getting done but sacrificing my own happiness for others.

Until I turned life into a different direction.

I am currently looking for a naturopath to join the Nourished Gut team 💩

This role will be primarily assisting me as a naturopathic support practitioner in my growing online hybrid Nourished Gut Program.

Is the following you?

💩 Degree qualified naturopath
💩 You have a clinical interest or passion for gut health in particular SIBO & IBS.
💩 You love interpreting SIBO breath tests, microbiome results and blood tests.
💩 You love working in a team environment but can also work independently.
💩 You have minimum 3 years clinical experience.
💩 Completion of my mentoring programs is highly desirable.
💩 You desire working for someone else rather then running your own business.
💩 Open to working in patient group environments and not being bogged down in just 1:1 appointments
💩 Previous experience running group based programs highly admirable
💩 You have good coaching skills and know what it takes to coach your clients not just give them protocols.
